About Us Keeter Consulting is an independent contractor associated with the  Central Michigan University Isabella Bank Institute for Entrepreneurship (formerly the LaBelle Entrepreneurial Center).  CMU's program assists  Michigan Rehabilitation Services  and  Veterans Affairs customers with assessing and creating business plans.  We also work with the Michigan Commission for the Blind and employers, employees and their advocates.   More...
